Pale The Pepe Whale is the rich uncle of the Boy's Club.
The Boy's Club is Pepe, Brett, Andy, and LandWolf from ETH, Base, Solana and Avax Chain respectively.
Pale is the Scrooge McDuck to the wiley Nephews in the Boy's club.
Pale is a Whale.
He's not a 20-year old jeet wishing he owned a lambo and trying to impress the girls.
He's had the cars, the girls, the mansions, and has nothing left to prove.
He's a whale.
His job is making sure his money is working for his money, hence the cigar and laid back attitude but constant focus on efficiency.

Just like Base attracts the jeets and degens, the Boy's Club, it's now attracting the Whales.
Money and community are moving here and for those who are tired of the inefficiency of ETH gas and blockchain, or too busy to waste time learning how to bridge to layer 2's, Bas is the easiest and smoothest access.
